Aloha all over again

We built a pretty large mound of sand and besides an awesome perch for Danny, we built a tiki-idol to worship the Gods of health, fitness, and direct marketing!

And then there was June

June saw the Spring finale at Ava's school and a visit from Grandpop and Uncle David, and Danny is a full-on walker.

1st Birthday

A nice little gathering of his swimming buddies celebrated Danny's first birthday. We dressed him in an official Unique Industries bib and fed him a healthy banana muffin.

































But Danny's favorite gift... empty water bottle.

More Birthday Bashing and Smashing!

Last week we celebrated Ava's birthday with the cake-in-the-face-smash, which gave Danny some concern. Danny's birthday to follow!

Best Friends

There are a lot of best friends around the house lately: Danny and Mommy, Danny and Peanut, Danny and Picasso, Danny and the pool, Ava and Emma, Ava and the American Girl Dolls, Danny and the washer.

Fiesta

Another great week for Daikeler Family West. Wouldn't be surprised Danny either walks or speaks French this week. After a visit to the office for "take your kids to work day", Ava continues to do great in school with testing all week. Thanks for sharing!
